Assumed full responsibility for the planning, monitoring, and reporting of group activities related to the electrical and optical fibre infrastructure at CERN. Developed and implemented robust project management tools to effectively forecast, monitor, and report on progress, resource allocation, and delivery of project objectives. Liaised with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals, while driving the adoption of best practices in project management, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure optimal outcomes

Led the design, development, and qualification of silicon radiation sensors and optical transceivers for high-energy physics experiments, assuming full responsibility for project management, technical oversight, and quality control. Actively participated in the CMS international collaboration, fostering strong relationships with collaborators and stakeholders to drive project success while staying current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
